Frequently Asked Questions

Wait, this is for bisexual girls, right? So why can't guys come?

While we do love you guys, it's often a lot harder to meet girls than it is to meet guys. It makes it even harder when immature men make a big fuss whenever two girls start to get friendly. While not all men are like that, and I'm sure YOU would never behave that way, we can't be sure of everyone. Besides - we can't have the guys asking that cute girl out before we work up the nerve!

But what about bisexual boys?

While a party like BIsect for boys is a great idea too, the issues that face bisexual boys are a little different than the ones that face bisexual girls. Since I am a bisexual girl, I am very familiar with those issues, and know exactly what to do to create the best environment for this event. I would love to see a party for bisexual boys - but I think it should be thrown by a bisexual boy!

Can lesbians come?

Lesbians are welcome, as long as they are bi-compatible. If you think bisexual girls are just "confused", move along. If you have friends that are bisexual, but you would never date one, this party is not for you. If you think bisexuality is a myth, try a lesbian bar instead. Otherwise, we'd love to see you there!

Hey... is this a sex party?

Nope. It's a party like any other - have fun, listen to some music, have a couple drinks, and meet cool people. Just people that happen to be bisexual girls.

Are there any other restrictions on who can come?

Nope. BIsect is open to bi-gals of all scenes, age groups and cultures.

I am not able to use PayPal. Can I still get tickets?

Yes, but this is a private event so you must register online to attend. The location of the event will only be disclosed to registered guests - it will never be publicly posted. In order to register, go to the tickets page, and select the number of tickets you want, then continue to the next page. After you submit your information, you will receive an email with your login information. You will need this information to print out your ticket and directions, however you can pay at the door if you prefer.

Where is the party?

The party is in an artist loft in downtown Los Angeles. The specific location will be emailed to registered guests a couple of days prior to the event, and be available to them when they log into the site. The address will not be publicly posted in order to avoid party crashers.
